The two homesteads are both situated one kilometres distant fro the other. They are situated in the splendid country-side of Siena, but at the same time have the privilege of being only eight kilometres from the city of Siena and two kilometres from the first town where it is possible to find restaurantes,chemists,markets,banks,cigarette and newspaper shops, railway and bus station. The roadin wich the two homesteads stand can be covered on foot or by bicycle.Get to the cities of art such as Siena(8 km)Florence(60 km) and Arezzo (45 km) also towns like Pienza, Montepulciano, Cetona, Cianciano, Montalcino, San Gimignano, Monteriggioni, Asciano, Monte Oliveto, Sant'Antimo and the Chianti all reachable in less than an hour.

STRADAL INFORMATIONS

FROM ROME:
take the motorway Roma-Firenze and turn off at Val di Chiana, after a few kilometres turn right for Siena and take the highway for Siena Bettolle.
At about 6 kilometres from Siena turn right and take the fork road for Taverne d'Arbia you will then find a roundabout take the road on the left for Arbia. Go over a bridge and a railway crossing and continue straight for Asciano, continue for 1 kilometre and then turn right for Medane, after 500 metres you will find Capanne.

FROM FLORENCE:
arrive at Firenze Certosa at the roundabout take the highway for Siena on your right. At Siena continue along the highway following the road signs for Arezzo until you see the sign Siena-Bettolle,after turn right for Taverne d'Arbia continue straight on the petrol station Agip and turn right.
Following the main road you'll arrive at a roundabout, take the turning on the right and go over the bridge until you arrive at Arbia.
Go over the railway crossing and continue straight for Asciano, Continue for 1 kilometre and then turn right for Medane, after 500 metres you will find Capanne.
